Shirts and apparel are printed to order on-demand. Actual shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping options you chose when you placed your order. Generally, most orders arrive within 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. Please note that shipping times are from the time of fulfillment (your order being made ship-ready), and not from the time you place the order.

If you are ordering from outside the US, your order may be subject to additional import tax imposed by your local customs office at the time of delivery. We cannot waive any import fees imposed by your local governments.

As online shopping becomes more popular, so does doorstep package theft. According to a survey conducted by Comcast, a shocking 1 in 4 Americans reported a stolen package. It is suggested that our customers use their neighbor’s or work address if they won’t be at home for the delivery; we are not responsible for the costs of reshipping an order if tracking information states an order was delivered and do not offer refunds in such cases.

If you believe your package to be lost in transit, please report this within two weeks of your estimated delivery date. Please note that shipping companies do not keep their tracking data indefinitely, and we will not be able to verify the shipment’s status, process a refund, nor reship an item if a problem has not been reported within 4 weeks of the date of your shipment’s departure from our facility.

Merchandise which arrives damaged or wrongly sized can be exchanged or refunded as outlined in the policies below.

If your items arrive damaged, please retain all of the original packing materials and get in contact immediately. Items that have been damaged, altered, or worn cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Sizing charts are provided for all garments prior to ordering; please review all sizing information carefully prior to placing your order. If you receive an item that is improperly sized, the item can be replaced under the following conditions:

  • The original item can be exchanged for an item of the correct size.
  • The recipient is responsible for any shipping fees to deliver the new item.
  • Improperly sized items can only be exchanged, they cannot be returned.

Because each item is made on-demand per order, we cannot return or exchange apparel which has already been manufactured or shipped for reasons other than those outlined above.

The services and products on this site are provided to PFLAG National by our third-party merchandise partner, Kevin Halfhill Art & Apparel, who operates this site for PFLAG National. Your order information will be shared with them for purposes of fulfilling your order.

Your purchase is not tax-deductible. At the time of purchase, your payment will be made directly to our merchandise partner, Kevin Halfhill Art & Apparel. 100% of the profit from your purchase, less costs and management/operational fees, will be donated to PFLAG National by our merchandise partner. All indicated taxes are collected on behalf of our drop-shipping partner, and are paid to the drop-shipper immediately post-purchase.

The data you provide during checkout will be used to process your order, to support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy found in the footer of this page. This may include the necessity to share your data with outside companies for shipping, manufacturing, and other such purposes to process your order.
